What You’ll Do:
The Premier League Productions (PLP) department is at the forefront of delivering high-quality, live international broadcasts of Premier League football. Operating as a key arm of IMG, the department manages a wide range of production services that support the global distribution of Premier League content to international rights-holders. From live match coverage and bespoke programming to on-site services and technical coordination, the team works closely with broadcasters, Premier League clubs, and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery. With a commitment to editorial excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency, the department plays a crucial role in bringing the Premier League’s world-class football experience to millions of viewers around the globe.

IMG is looking for multiple experienced and motivated On-site Services Managers to support the international delivery of Premier League Productions. Based at our vibrant Stockley Park offices in Uxbridge, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the way the world watches one of the most prestigious football leagues.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until 29th May 2026, based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be required to work occasional unsocial hours, weekend and evenings, plus potential regional travel.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Managing On-Site activities for international broadcasters, including various Premier League Productions departments.
- Building relationships and ongoing liaison with International Broadcasters, Host Broadcasters, Premier League Clubs, Match Managers and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for organising and allocating accreditation at assigned Premier League Matches
- Coordinating with multiple facility providers to deliver match round services. Including Outside Broadcast suppliers, commentary facilities providers and other third-party suppliers.
- Liaising with Premier League Productions core editorial team and Premier League Operations Team.
- Cost tracking, generating service quotations and management of budgets within the On-Site Services team.
- Processing/Approval of invoices and accurate forecasting and reporting of assigned budgets.
- Close coordination with the PLP distribution team and Technical Engineering Manager to ensure all On-Site services are delivered.
- Supervision and line management of On-Site Services Coordinator.
- Post event reporting within defined team workflows.
- Other duties, as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Lead On-site Services Manager/ Production Executive.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Previous experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Manager, preferably with experience in live outside broadcast.
- Ability to produce a production budget and cost reporting, cost tracking and forecasting.
- Experience in sport production.
- Previous experience of live programming.
- Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments.
We’d Love If You Also Have These: (not essential)
- Knowledge of satellite bookings and distribution.
- Experience of managing a junior member of an administration team.
- Knowledge of insurance, health & safety.
- Basic production technical knowledge.
- Experience of dealing with UK broadcasters and understanding of the UK TV industry.
