Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an onboarding and social value coordinator to join the stakeholder and relations lead team. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic coordinator to join the team. The responsibilities include onboarding, coordinating and managing T level students across the LHR framework, working with our partners, delivering our EDI programme and coordinating the balanced scorecard for all social value measures. The role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail and good communication and of course the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Managing onboarding across the programme at LHR
- Coordinating the plan for T level students, across all our partners, at LHR
- Liaising with the college re the plan for the T level students
- Arranging the interviews and onboarding for the T level students
- Supporting the T Level students whilst at LHR
- Manages the EDI plan for Costain at LHR
- Coordinating the responses for the balanced scorecard (social value element) for timely delivery to LHR
- Holds the relationship with LHR for the social value balanced scorecard
Essential
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about offering the best level of service possible
- Good IT and administration skills including office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Great varied communication skills, being able to manage communication from senior manager to students.
- Able to hold an airside pass at LHR
- Excellent organisational skills – good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a host of stakeholders.
- Essential: English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
- Desirable: NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
