We are looking to appoint two Oncology Admin Supervisor (1.4 WTE) who will provide leadership and management for the day to day running of the Administrative and Clerical team within the Oncology Department at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital ensuring the team are delivering the highest possible standard of work and organising/planning duty rota ensuring that the units are adequately staffed at all times.
You will require excellent computer skills and take a lead role in using the existing IT systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
The post holder will need to be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.

Main duties of the job
The post holders will be required to work accurately under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, with the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload and that of the wider team. You will also be an integral part of the team in being able to undertake any aspects of the work. This will involve the working within reception, the booking office, undertaking clinic management or ward clerking on a regular basis.
