OneStream Sales Director

Location: Remote – United Kingdom

Type: Full-Time


Henderson Drake is partnering with a globally recognised OneStream Diamond Partner as they continue to expand their presence across the UK and wider European market. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to lead enterprise sales activity and build strategic relationships across the region.


This role is suited to a senior EPM sales professional who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, engaging senior finance leaders, and shaping complex finance transformation opportunities alongside strong consulting and delivery teams.


The Role

You will take ownership of new business development and strategic account growth, positioning OneStream as a key platform for modernising financial planning, reporting, and consolidation. Working closely with solution architects and delivery leaders, you will help shape compelling proposals and guide opportunities through to successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Build long-term relationships with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and senior technology stakeholders
  • Develop new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and consulting teams to shape tailored solution propositions
  • Act as a trusted advisor linking finance transformation objectives to platform value
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and pipeline development across the UK


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience selling EPM or enterprise finance technology and services
  • Exposure to platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Workday Adaptive, BlackLine, Vena, or similar solutions
  • Proven success managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of finance transformation, FP&A, and performance management
  • Confidence building relationships with senior finance and technology leaders
