OneStream Senior Systems Specialist – Contract

Location: London (Hybrid)

A global organisation is seeking a OneStream Senior Systems Specialist to support and optimise its enterprise performance management platform during a period of transformation. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to extend.

The role will be part of a small but dedicated finance systems team, ensuring the OneStream platform continues to run smoothly while supporting financial consolidation, planning, tax, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain OneStream applications and related tools
• Support FP&A, consolidation, tax, and reconciliation workflows within the platform
• Manage metadata, integrations, and data quality across connected systems
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users
• Deliver upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing improvements to the platform
• Provide training and documentation to strengthen user adoption and system knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience with the OneStream platform, ideally across multiple modules
• Background in financial processes such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, consolidation, or tax reporting
• Technical knowledge of data management, integration, and performance optimisation
• Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., EPMWare) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across finance and technology teams
