Description

We are seeking a OneTrust Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of complex privacy and governance technology implementations. This role is suited to professionals with hands-on experience configuring and deploying OneTrust solutions across multiple modules, working directly with clients in delivery-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure OneTrust solutions across Privacy, Cookies and UCPM, GRC, and AI governance modules
Lead end-to-end implementation activities, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live
Translate legal, privacy, and risk requirements into practical platform configurations
Configure workflows, assessments, reporting, and dashboards aligned with client operating models
Support data migration, integrations, and tenant optimisation where required
Provide implementation guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams
Troubleshoot issues and support remediation during and post-implementation

Experience and Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience implementing OneTrust modules in client or enterprise environments

Strong practical knowledge of Privacy programme tooling, cookie compliance, and UCPM

Experience delivering GRC implementations, including risk assessments and control frameworks

Exposure to AI governance or AI risk management tooling and frameworks

Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation workstreams

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
