About The Job
The Online Analyst, Operations will support the Online Managers to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do and look after all of the order planning for online operations.
Dealing with queries from stakeholders internally and externally from our home delivery stores and service providers in a proactive and timely manner.
This position follows a 5 day working week

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and root causing complaints to determine the improvement drivers.
- Collate/provide evidence to support improvement required.
- Implement trend analysis to drive improvement
- First line problem solving/escalation from/with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Stakeholder performance tracking - ie Logistics inbound ontime/presentation standards adherence
- Implementing our orders planning processes with Ocado Logsitics.
- Planning our orders/items/baskets/shape of the week/shape of the year etc.
- Utilise capacity planning techniques to get increase sales
- Delivering routing delivery efficiency improvements
- Delivering asset requirement plans (such as van numbers)
- Analysing data streams for our cost lines such as doorstep adjustments, logistics, shrink, refunds to identify problems and drive waste and cost improvement.
About You

- SQL/Google big query experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience in an analytical role within a retail environment or similar
- Comfortable with problem solving, seeking out solutions and sharing rationale
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player
- Works well with external delivery partners to share solutions
