We have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Specialist, working on Morrisons.com, in the Online Platform Team. This is a fixed term 12 month contract.
In this role you will manage digital projects that optimise the customer experience on our online platforms. Passionate about the customer journey and improving the online shopping experience, you’ll work on implementing new functionality, features and collaborative projects supporting the wider Online plan.
The role is based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of four days per week.
You’ll be responsible for things like:
Working closely with internal teams and technology partners to plan, prioritise and deliver new features and enhancements to Morrisons.com
Managing specific areas of our online platforms and identify opportunities in line with key goals for the Online function
Coordination of the platform roadmap, ensuring clear lines of communication with business stakeholders and partners
A customer-first approach; Listening and responding to customer feedback and using insight and data to problem solve
Testing and analysis to measure performance of features
About You:
Has a real passion and energy for improving the online customer experience - retail and online experience is an advantage but not essential
Drive and commitment to problem solve, grow sales and save costs
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks
An engaging communicator and effective stakeholder management skills
A motivated team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Lives within a reasonable distance of our Bradford head office
