The Role
Online Sales Executive
Initial Salary: £15,000 + (Realistic OTE £50,000 with uncapped earning potential - our top performers earn in excess of £60k)
Location: Derby Office
Hours: 37.5 hours over 7 days
On a shift rotation of:
Early shift 8:30-4:30 - Working Saturday 9:00-6pm
Late shift - 12:00-8pm - Working Sunday 10:00 -5pm

As part of the Online Sales team you will be key to our business growth and ensuring our customers get a first-class service.
You will be responsible for handling and managing the customer journey through the purchase of their vehicle online, ensuring we are providing the ultimate customer experience by supporting them throughout this process. You will be part of the team who generate over 35% of the company’s total sales.

What do we need from you?
You will need to have a background or a desire to deliver. Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment preferred but not essential.
