As an Operational Efficiency Program Lead, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
This is a fixed-term position expected to run until December 31, 2025.
The role:
As an Operational Efficiency Program Lead, you will help drive our goals by:
- Overseeing and managing the Accelerate program which is focused on driving cost-saving initiatives and transformational improvements across the site. You will be setting clear goals and providing direction to the team.
- Managing the transformation initiatives portfolio to ensure timely delivery, budget alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Driving stakeholder engagement, addressing resistance, and supporting change adoption across the organization.
- Applying program and change management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring progress through KPIs, managing risks, and communicating outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while ensuring performance delivery.
- Strong numerical skills, with experience working with systems and data.
- Good understanding of general Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management principles, with some knowledge of Process Safety Management.
What would make you stand out:
- Expertise in change management principles and methodologies.
- Project management experience, ideally with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Statistical understanding.
