- Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of monthly forecasts and explain the key drivers behind variances to budget and other financial milestones.
- Budgeting: Support the annual budgeting process by analysing historic productivity drivers (e.g., attrition, sickness, time to hire). Identify trends, prepare summary reports, and ensure assumptions are accurately reflected in the final budget.
- Data Integrity: Interrogate online data sources to identify anomalies and maintain accurate and reliable reporting.
- Pricing: Build pricing models to assess the profitability of proposed new workstreams.
- Profitability Modelling: Develop profitability models for Target Operating Models across business units and teams.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Bonus Calculations: Compile accurate monthly non-contractual lawyer bonus spreadsheets in line with policy.
