As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will support delivery of the Operational Resilience Framework, Business Continuity Programme, and Incident Management Framework.
General Description
The Operational Resilience Analyst role at Euroclear UK & International (EUI) focuses on Operational Resilience, encompassing business continuity and incident management. You will be part of a dedicated team of six professionals working to support the resilience of EUI. Our team collaborates extensively with teams across the organisation, particularly Operations, Technology, and Third Party Management. This collaborative environment ensures that we can successfully implement our resilience strategies and maintain flawless operations.
Job Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the operational resilience framework programme and the business continuity management system. This programme includes:
- Reviewing EUI’s Important Business Services and Impact Tolerances.
- Maintaining the mapping of EUI’s Important Business Services.
- Engaging with internal and external collaborators to deliver the annual Operational Resilience Testing Plan.
- Completing a programme of resilience improvement initiatives.
- Conducting annual threat assessments and maintaining EUI’s set of Extreme but Plausible Scenarios.
- Delivering business impact analysis and updates to business continuity plans, including testing.
- Planning and conducting staff training and completing tests of various resilience capabilities.
- Maintaining Operational Resilience and BCM documentation frameworks.
Supporting EUI’s crisis and incident management framework, including facilitating Bronze/Silver incident management meetings.
Preparing inputs for governance bodies, presenting to the Risk and Operating Committee/Management Committee/Risk Committee, and preparing business reports.
Managing the Operational Resilience team’s risk and control environment effectively.
