Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Manager - £70,000-£75,000

Working for a Bank who have just overseen a transformation programme, you will play a pivotal role in the next stage of their growth and help future the Banks resilience programme

As the Operational Resilience & TPRM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational resilience of the entire bank. Your role will involve:

Leading the design, planning, and execution of resilience tests across the business.
Partnering with key business units to implement robust business continuity planning and incident management strategies.
Tracking and addressing vulnerabilities related to operational resilience and third-party risk.
Coordinating efforts across multiple capabilities including risk management, IT disaster recovery, service resilience, and cybersecurity.

You will be able to work with members of both the first and 2nd line, and work with senior leaders to help influence change.

The role will be based at the London head office, and you will be required in to the office 3 days a week.
