THE ROLE

This position is responsible for the development and management of TRIP’s Data & Systems strategy - identifying what systems and models we need to support us in our next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing data & systems solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and support business and team objectives

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gatekeeper & Owner of Digital Stock Management & Master data

- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Ops team and the wider business

- Ownership of project to find and implement new global ERP system and take our digital operations to the next level

- Lead the cultural change within the business - illustrating the benefits and changing mindsets to embrace the Data future vision

ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Experience of Data Systems in a larger FMCG business a bonus

- Comfortable in a small company setting—hands-on, flexible, collaborative, and capable of working independently

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Experience with PowerBI or similar would be an advantage

- Proactive problem-solving approach
