One of our clients, a leading venture capital fund is seeking for an Operations Associate. As they prepare to raise their third fund, they are looking to expand their teams. Based in stunning offices in Central London, the team are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join as an operations assistant.

THE ROLE

As the Operations Assistant your role will be varied, and responsibilities will be:

• Management of website and social platform
• Leading logistics and execution for internal and investor-facing events
• Planification and coordination of team off-sites (agenda, logistics, experiences)
• Coordination of external communications and investor relationship
• Supporting investor onboarding processes (KYC/AML)
• Coordinating quarterly investor content and calls and ad hoc updates
• Assisting in preparation of fundraising materials, DDQs, and LP requests
• Managing HR processes (pulse check, onboarding and company policies)
• Supporting broader operational and cultural initiatives
