About the Role:
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our site-based team, playing a vital role in ensuring our facilities and services run smoothly every day. This is a site based role, and we are recruiting for roles at both our Jubilee and Castle Meadow Campuses. You will have a primary location at one of these sites, with occasional requirement to provide cover at the other.
- You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational enquiries
- Coordinating building maintenance and service delivery
- Leading meeting room and event logistics, including room set-up and visitor management
- Helping administer tenant agreements and move-ins/move-outs
- Assisting with financial processes and CRM system updates
- Contributing to marketing and tenant engagement initiatives
About You:
- You’ll need to be enthusiastic, organised, and proactive, with a strong customer service ethos. You'll enjoy working independently while being a key part of a close-knit team. Essential skills and experience include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer-facing administrative or operational support roles
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, and confidence using tools like Canva and Campaign Monitor
- Ability to manage competing tasks with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and basic financial administration
- A background in university, innovation, or commercial environments would be a bonus.
