Operational Project opportunity for 6 Months supporting with the delivery of operational excellence and process change for the Lloyd’s Account Management team.
You will take a lead role in coordinating and embedding foundational processes for the Account Management team (who oversee the centralised relationship management for all oversight across Lloyd's with the Managing Agents), including driving day-to-day execution and streamlining workflows, that enable the Account Management team to collate insights and deliver at its best.
Accountabilities:
- Manage complex scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination across internal meetings, with independence, resolving complex problems where a precedent may not exist.
- Lead and support elements of the implementation of an operational excellence framework across Account Management, ensuring that effective processes, tools, communication, technology and ways of working are in place to build alignment of core activity and manage risk.
- Support Operations Manager on the coordination Account Managers and cross-functional teams on cross-functional operational workflows, ensuring tasks are executed on time and to high quality standards. Support handoffs and collaboration with other teams.
- Lead and support Operations Manager on elements of logistics, process improvements, and delivery, within Account Management and for cross-functional teams.
- Lead and contribute to parts of the streamlining of team operations including documentation, internal reporting, and knowledge sharing. Own and maintain reporting trackers, team tools and file system.
- Lead the tracking of key actions, own and maintain reporting trackers, escalate issues proactively, and support smoother decision-making.
- Maintain documentation for core processes and provide training and guidance to support team understanding and compliance.
- Lead and contribute to elements of the development and embedding of a culture of continuous improvement for the operational processes supporting Account Management.
- Support the Head of Account Management and Account Management Operations Manager with ad-hoc requests as required.
Skills:
- Self-motivated, resourceful and highly proactive, with ability to work independently
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective delivery of own and divisional objectives
- Project management and experience of leading change within complex matrix environments
- Prioritisation of competing demands across multiple projects / processes delivering to agreed timelines
- Organisation with attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability, able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and fast-paced environment
- Oral and written communication skills
- Analyse, interpret/evaluate quantitative and qualitative information
