We are seeking an Operations Control Room Operator to join Catcher Offshore Team reporting to Operations Superintendent.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot process plant / utility / Subsea systems
- Operate and monitor safety control systems; Perform process plant, utility and subsea systems start up and shut down operations in accordance with BWO procedures
- Assist to meet production targets as issued by the Operations Superintendent and Client Offshore Representative
- Collate and prepare the production daily report including any environmental emissions and discharges reports
- Maintain Central Control Room (CCR) operations shift log and conduct shift handover
- Ensure the Inhibit Register is maintained and kept up to date, in accordance BWO procedures
- Use the Permit To Work system to ensure work is carried out in a safe and controlled manner
- Undertake training both on and offshore relevant to the position
- Participate in the emergency preparedness drills, safety meetings, and on the job training
Qualifications
- Relevant OPITO approved vocational qualification eg City & Guilds Level 3 Petroleum Processing Technology (POL) or NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Processing Operations: Hydrocarbons is essential for this position.
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in an offshore processing facility as a Control Room Operator (CRO) or 4 years’ experience in an onshore processing facility in a similar role
- Offshore UK and FPSO experience is desirable
