About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support our Bristol Office.

This role is for a highly motivated, results driven Operations Coordinator responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service; coordinating the daily operations, process and efficiencies for the Bristol Office, whilst also working with the Office Head and the wider Bristol Commercial and Valuations teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 administrative and PA support to the Bristol Office Head, including diary/email management, meeting coordination, and complex travel arrangements.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to 13 partners across multiple service lines, including document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Coordinate board meetings, strategy away days, and internal events, including preparation of board packs and follow-up on actions.
- Manage internal and external communications, drafting correspondence, responding to enquiries, and overseeing Out of Office coverage.
- Support financial processes including invoicing, WIP reconciliation, expense claims, supplier payments, and quarterly billing deadlines.
- Maintain client records, CRM databases, and HUB listings; support compliance with AML and Client Due Diligence processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, leavers, and intern/work experience placements for the Bristol Commercial team.
- Support CPD and training initiatives, including ensuring completion of mandatory training, tracking RICS hours, and promoting development opportunities.
- Act as Information Security Champion and compliance point of contact, ensuring adherence to best practice, audit standards, and data protocols.
- Manage absence records, team diaries, appraisal cycles, 1:1s, and help organise regular team meetings and minutes.
- Provide marketing and communications support, liaising with central teams on event invites, capability statements, and social media content.
- Coordinate pitches and BD activity, collaborating with CRPs and the business development team on submissions and client materials.
- Lead on logistics and support for team/firmwide events, from venue sourcing and collateral creation to RSVP management and on-the-day hosting.
- Support facilities and office operations including H&S compliance, equipment maintenance, access requests, and landlord liaison.
- Act as a central point of support within the UK Cities business support network, sharing best practices and assisting during peak periods.
Key Experience Required
- 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent standard of English spelling and grammar.
