We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in 12 month fixed term contract to join the Client Protection team.
What is in it for you
The role
As an Operations Coordinator you will be a key point of contact for teams in Client Protection and our suppliers. You will need to respond to queries from suppliers in a timely and effective manner. You will need to be organised as you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers comply with their contractual arrangements.
You will be accountable for coordinating project plans, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring successful implementation. As a coordinator you will be required to collect information, report on the progress of cases and update on supplier performance.
Your role will be extremely varied. You will provide support to all areas of Client Protection including dealing with service complaints, monitoring and actioning the team mailbox, coordinating management information and creating reports. This role also involves using our finance system to review and process invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring the system is updated so that the Cost Recovery Team can chase debtors.
You will form part of the Operations Team within Client Protection and will work closely with other Outsource Coordinators. You will be supported by your manager, the Operations and Partnership Manager.

This is a hybrid role with 35 working hours per week and will be based in our Birmingham office 1 to 2 days a week, and from home the rest of the week.
