About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support the Healthcare Department, based at our Baker Street HQ.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the Healthcare Department. This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations by coordinating processes and driving operational effectiveness across the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Corporate Healthcare team, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Manage accurate record-keeping, conflict checks, file opening/closing on Workspace, and general data maintenance for the valuations team.
- Draft and format valuation reports, letters, presentations, pitch documents, and client communications to a high professional standard.
- Coordinate internal and client-facing presentations, working with creative and business development teams to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support financial coordination by reconciling WIP sheets and tracking billed/unbilled debtors, ensuring timely invoicing and quarterly deadlines are met.
- Organise and attend team meetings, strategy away days, and conferences, preparing relevant materials and tracking follow-up actions.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including booking transport/accommodation and preparing inspection schedules and itineraries.
- Lead onboarding for new starters and interns, coordinating induction plans and acting as a key point of contact throughout.
- Maintain compliance with internal systems, including absence tracking, mandatory training records, and up-to-date contact databases.
- Champion best practice in audit, compliance, and information security, ensuring processes are followed and policies are understood across the team.
- Coordinate team facilities and equipment needs, including office maintenance, refurbishment support, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage and update CRM systems, marketing lists, and client records in collaboration with the Healthcare Operations team.
- Act as the team’s Marketing Coordinator, overseeing brand compliance, collateral creation, and social media activity across LinkedIn and Yammer.
- Coordinate pitches and business development efforts, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery excellence.
- Plan and deliver events, from concept to execution, including venue sourcing, invite creation, collateral management, RSVP tracking, and on-site hosting.
Key Experience Required
- 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
