About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support our Public Sector Advisory, based at our Baker Street HQ.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who demonstrates strong personal initiative and can manage a variety of responsibilities. In this role, you will provide account support for one of our largest clients, the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). A key requirement for the position is a solid understanding of monthly financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, bad debt reporting, and fee reconciliation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, settle payments, and monitor monthly spend.
- Maintain client dashboard, WiP records, CRM, and Knight Frank systems.
- Obtain purchase order numbers and ensure budget compliance.
- Attend monthly management meetings and prepare related reports, agendas, and papers.
- Provide tender, bid, and pitch preparation support (including PowerPoint).
- Ensure best practice, compliance, GDPR standards, and up-to-date AML files.
- Support audits, CDD checks, and conflict of interest reviews.
- Act as AML office representative and raise legal tickets when required.
- Oversee onboarding of new starters and team training compliance.
- Handle new instructions and maintain accurate business records.
- Serve as first point of contact for the department and assist with IT issues.
- Manage expense claims, diary scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Organise business generation events, meetings, lunches, and team socials.
- Monitor subscriptions and maintain professional memberships.
Key Experience Required
- 3+ year experience in a similar/support-based role preferred
- Good understanding and experience of monthly financial reporting
- Real estate experience preferred
- Public sector experience is useful
- Proficient with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
