About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to support operational reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, processes, and business metrics.

You will work closely with operations, finance, and business teams to analyse data, create reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate operational data from multiple sources
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Support dashboard creation and KPI tracking
Analyse trends, variances, and operational performance metrics
Assist with forecasting and capacity planning analysis
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests
Maintain data documentation and reporting standards
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong skills in:
Microsoft Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Data organisation and reporting concepts

Basic understanding of:

Data analysis techniques

Business and operational metrics

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation abilities

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

Exposure to:
SQL or database querying (basic level)
BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau – basic exposure)
Academic projects, internships, or coursework involving:
Data analysis
Operations or business reporting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Analytics
Data Analytics
Operations Management
Economics
Finance
Or a related field
