We are looking for an Operations Director to join our growing team. As Operations Director, you will lead our operations function, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients in the London Market Insurance sector. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
ICSR is a consulting firm specializing in the Insurance sector, offering advisory and resourcing services with a focus on Risk, Compliance, and Operations. As part of the Gallagher group, we have ambitious growth plans in the UK and beyond.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Promote ICSR’s services to existing and potential clients by growing your network, writing thought leadership articles, and participating in industry events.
- Build and manage the Operations Team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Expand and maintain a high-quality Operations Talent Pool to meet client needs and growth targets.
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and establish contracts with clients and Talent Pool resources.
- Assess client operations, recommend improvements, and manage projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources.
- Ensure client operations meet regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.
About You
- Strong experience in the London Market Insurance sector, with knowledge of broker and carrier operations.
- Proven track record in operations consulting, project management, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with the London Market Operating Model, Blueprint 2, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, teams, and projects effectively.
- Adaptable, results-driven, and collaborative with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
