The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join a stable, well invested business operating across the UK. The Operations Director will oversee a small portfolio of care homes across the North West, focusing on providing elderly nursing, nursing dementia and residential care.

The successful candidate will join a business that promotes autonomy and quality care for their residents. The role includes regular travel, which requires a hands-on individual that is comfortable visiting their homes and working alongside their managers to bring about change and continuous improvement.

Candidate

Do you come from a strong multi-site leadership background within elderly nursing and dementia care? Are you comfortable operating at a senior level, making decisions independently and driving both quality and commercial performance?

The ideal candidate will be a confident, credible leader with experience managing senior clinicians and nurse leaders, embedding strong governance frameworks, and preventing issues before they escalate. A hands-on yet strategic approach is essential, with a clear focus on people leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
