As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking to expand our Operations function to better support our evolving business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique but fast-scaling organisation where you will have direct exposure to the inner workings of the fir.

The Role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our London team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to gain first-hand experience across multiple aspects of business operations.

Your responsibilities will span across:

• Overseeing the end-to-end employee onboarding process
• Supporting the team with day-to-day IT and systems needs
• Assisting in the setup and coordination of new offices as we expand internationally
• Managing relationships with key external suppliers and service providers
• Implementing and optimising internal processes to drive efficiency
• Providing ad hoc operational and administrative support across the business

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn. You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

Key skills and attributes include:

• Previous experience in an operations, office management, or business support role (professional services or recruitment sector experience is advantageous, but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• A desire to grow and develop alongside a fast-paced business
