About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Executive to provide operational management for Building Consultancy Service Line.

Working closely with the Head of Building Consultancy and Project Management, overseeing and managing the effective running of the UK Service Line and all the operational processes within it. Offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions on behalf of Head of Building Consultancy and Project Management as and when required. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service, managing the daily operations, processes and support staff line management.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 executive support to senior stakeholders, including diary, inbox, and operational management.
- Oversee day-to-day service line operations and fee-earning work, driving growth strategies and operational change.
- Manage bi-annual business planning and three-year strategic planning processes with stakeholders and finance partners.
- Lead service line financial management: WIP oversight, debtor management, budgeting, expense approvals, and profitability tracking.
- Coordinate monthly and board-level reporting, including preparation for consultancy heads’ meetings.
- Plan and deliver service line events (partner meetings, conferences) and coordinate business development initiatives.
- Line manage business support teams (4 staff), delegating workloads, holding regular 1:1s, appraisals, and supporting career development.
- Lead recruitment for support roles: job specs, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage new starter induction, buddy programme, leaver processes, and departmental training compliance.
- Oversee headcount reviews, early careers recruitment, and six-monthly appraisal cycles.
- Drive process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency across the department.
- Maintain departmental records, contact databases, organisational charts, and ensure RICS compliance.
- Manage facilities and accommodation planning, liaising with Strategy, Risk & Operations for compliance and best practice.
- Oversee CRM and marketing coordination, including client relationship programmes, collateral, and social media presence.
- Deliver project and event management for service line and firm-wide initiatives, from concept to execution.
Key Experience Required
- 5+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Line management experience is a must.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI.
