We have an opportunity for an Operations Lead to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Circle Integrated services, ensuring safe, timely and high quality delivery across all pathways (MSK, Dermatology, Podiatry, etc.).
- Monitor and manage capacity, waiting times, clinic utilisation and referral volumes to ensure contractual KPIs and ICB expectations are met.
- Use data and BI tools to monitor service performance, identify risks or delays, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive improvements in RTT performance, productivity, referral triage, and patient communication.
- Line manage team leaders and support the development of administrative and operational staff through appraisals, supervision and training.
- Oversee rotas, sickness/absence, recruitment and HR processes in accordance with CHG policies.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Proven experience in operational service delivery within NHS, independent healthcare, or a community-based setting.
- Strong understanding of integrated care systems, referral pathways and RTT performance standards.
- Experience managing teams, rotas, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong data literacy – able to interpret dashboards, spot trends and implement action.
- Confident in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams.
