Operations Manager | The Organised Heart of the Business
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who loves making things work - and making work feel good. From sorting tech and streamlining systems to planning events and keeping the coffee flowing, you’ll be the person who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly.
This role sits at the centre of our UK business. You’ll work closely with our MD, Group Finance Director, and wider operations team to support our high-performing sales consultants, making sure they have the environment, tools, and support they need to do their best work. You’ll also occasionally connect with our colleagues in Germany and the US to share ideas and operational wins.
What you’ll be doing:
Office & environment
- Keep our UK offices clean, stocked, safe, and within budget
- Liaise with landlords and suppliers to coordinate facilities-related tasks
- Find ways to streamline and improve how we work
Tech & tools
- Provide first-line support for day-to-day tech issues
- Act as admin/superuser for Salesforce, Devyce, OneUp, HiBob, and more
- Set up new joiners with tech and systems from day one
- Manage tech inventory across the business
Operations & compliance
- Manage central inboxes to keep communication flowing smoothly
- Maintain policies with support from HR and Finance
- Assist with pitch documents, supplier forms, and tender/PSL submissions
- Oversee insurance renewals and ensure coverage is up to date
- Work with Salesforce Admin and Finance Analyst to improve reporting
- Support business planning and trend analysis with leadership
- Contribute to cost control and commercial efficiency
Culture & experience
- Organise team events, including quarterly socials, summer and Christmas parties
- Coordinate incentives like high-flier trips and team lunches
- Help build the everyday moments that shape a strong team culture
Marketing & comms
- Support creation of internal docs, branded templates, and sales materials
- Keep website content up to date, including vacancies and team news
- Assist with internal communications and key employee updates
What you’ll bring
- Experience in operations, office, or project support roles
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Confidence using platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Commercial awareness and comfort managing budgets and supporting business performance
- A calm, clear communicator who enjoys working with people
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
