What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly organised and systems-minded Operations Manager to help run and improve the internal infrastructure of the company. This is an operational role focused on ensuring that Greenpixie’s internal systems, processes, documentation and workflows operate smoothly and scale with the business. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of Operations to implement and improve the operational systems that support the company, including internal tooling, documentation, compliance coordination and cross-team workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to growing organisations. You should be comfortable taking ownership of operational systems, improving processes over time, and acting as a trusted internal coordinator across teams. You should be pragmatic, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where systems are evolving and priorities can shift quickly. Over time, you will help grow & lead Greenpixie’s internal operations function as the company continues to scale.
