Operations Manager

We’re a friendly, agile, and innovative manufacturer, specialising in pre-terminated coaxial and fibre optic assemblies for the mobile base station market. Our products are trusted across the industry for their quality and reliability—and now, we’re looking for someone to lead our next phase of growth.

The Role

As head of Operations, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations across manufacturing, logistics, customer service and team leadership. Working closely with the Managing Director and General Manager, you’ll drive performance, maintain high standards, and help shape the company’s strategic direction.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across production and distribution
• Lead and develop a skilled, motivated, and close-knit team
• Drive process efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and customer satisfaction
• Support growth in product lines, capabilities, and markets
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards

🔹 You’ll Bring

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or telecoms (cable or fibre preferred)
• Strong people management and communication skills
