This excited fast-growing startup looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join an exciting company. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founders, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the business as we scale.

You will ideally have done:

• Oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, reporting directly to the founders
• Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic and operational priorities
• Track budgets, grants, and financial milestones to ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
• Monitor and manage certification and accreditation milestones
