Role Description

This is a full time, field base role. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and coordinate with the team, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, performance monitoring, and building relationships with clients and partners.
