Key responsibilities
- Workflow management: Work with all teams to manage demand planning and scheduling, monitor and report on utilisation
- Service desk: Ensure briefs are clear and tickets are effectively prioritised, scheduled and delivered
- HR: Manage recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, ensure all HR processes followed, keep our HR software up to date
- Office management: Coordinate maintenance, fire safety, utilities, suppliers and equipment
- Synergist and Jira: Own our internal reporting tools, prep monthly leadership reporting
