As we grow, we’re strengthening the way we work behind the scenes – and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us do just that. You’ll help shape our people policies, improve processes, and make sure our European operations are running smoothly.
👩💼 About the role
This is a hands-on job where you’ll work across HR operations, systems, compliance and office management. You'll support the Operations Director and lead improvements to how we work day-to-day, helping us stay practical and people-focused as we grow.
You’ll also get involved in global projects, working with colleagues in Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Key areas you’ll cover:
✅ HR support – making sure our policies are clear and up to date, supporting managers, helping with progression, pay and engagement
✅ Business processes – improving how we work across teams, with a focus on clarity and efficiency
✅ Compliance – overseeing contracts and governance to keep us in line with regulations
✅ Office & facilities – supporting a positive, well-run workspace in Oxford
🙋 About you
You’re someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You like improving how things work – and you’re comfortable moving between people issues, systems and practical day-to-day tasks.
You might come from:
🔹 A people/HR background looking to move into broader operations
🔹 An operational role that included HR responsibilities
You’ll need:
🔸 Experience creating or improving HR policies and systems
🔸 Strong written skills and the ability to explain processes clearly
🔸 Confidence managing change and working with people at all levels
🔸 Solid Excel and data-handling skills
🔸 Fluency in English
Bonus points for:
⭐ Working in a consultancy or global organisation
⭐ Experience managing compliance or contracts
⭐ Involvement in delivering internal training
