Altrad Babcock’s Asset Management division delivers specialised engineering services and equipment to help clients reduce costs, maximise returns, and manage risk throughout the asset lifecycle.

Our Operations team supports a wide range of projects and customers across the global low-carbon energy and infrastructure sectors. We’re currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to help lead and deliver certified asset management services, consultancy, and integrated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and effective people management within the Asset Management field.
Oversee and allocate skilled resources at our Renfrew site and customer locations, as directed by the Operations Leader.
Ensure all team members work safely and professionally, with the right tools and training.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and intervene when standards are not met.
Lead the development of safe systems of work within your area of expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in technical supervision and team leadership.
Strong technical background in a transferable skillset.

Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. SVQ, ONC, or City & Guilds) in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally via apprenticeship.
