Recruiting for an Operations Transformation Director for a PE backed B2B SaaS business in London.
You will be a strategic and results-driven Operations & Transformation Director reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

- £140,000 base + opportunity to participate in equity plan
- London 2-3 days per week
- Reporting to Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational improvement initiatives to drive process optimisation, process efficiencies and cost optimisation
- Own the operational strategy and transformation agenda
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
- Own the automation roadmap by collaborating with the global business units to implement intelligent automation
- Drive AI adoption, piloting and scaling AI use cases to solve operational challenges and enhance decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to redesign key business processes for scalability, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute change management, training, and adoption of new tools and workflows.
Skilled required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, or consulting roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, automation technologies and process design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci (Change Management) are a plus.
