Your Role

As Operations Transformation Lead at Safran Electrical & Power you will have a critical role in shaping the future of our UK operations and driving its long-term success. You will collaborate with various site and divisional teams, driving operational transformation initiatives and ensuring the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation, providing guidance and support to teams in implementing process improvements.

Evaluate existing operational processes vs Group manufacturing standards, digital applications and management practices to identify areas for improvement

Analyse and measure the impact of change initiatives, developing effective communication and training materials to facilitate smooth transition

Lead the development of operational transformation initiatives and work with Head of Operations & Head of Supply Chain to design a forward-looking vision and roadmap

Engage all levels of the Operations organisation to foster a sense of ownership and commitment to executing a transition plan in alignment with business objectives

Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing process improvements and best practices in alignment to Safran Group tools

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the Operations organisation

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in operational transformation within a manufacturing organisation - Essential
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems and best practices - Essential
Strong knowledge of engineering processes and ability to dynamically transform business operating systems - Essential
Proven experience in leading and driving change initiatives - Essential

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Essential

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified - Desirable
