Week 2: Wed & Thu (7am–7pm)
Night Shift
Week 3: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun (7pm–7am)
Week 4: Wed & Thu (7pm–7am)
Salary: £30,097.79 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)

Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the production processes are operated in accordance with documented procedures and Imerys EHS and Quality Policies, to maintain maximum production throughputs to customer and quality specifications..
Working within a team, this position will focus predominantly on supporting the slow-moving and Obsolete stock reprocessing. This will be Operatives ripping and tipping/blending bags to silos or blunging and restacking so manual handling bags in the warehouses and main plant. Flexibility will be required to support in other areas of the plant. The working hours are set in a rota over a 4-weekly duration of 12-hour Day shifts including Rest days. Training will be given on all tasks.
Job Requirements
- Maintain the health, safety and environmental standards on site, for yourself and others around you
- Ensuring the quality of finished packaged goods ahead of despatching to customers
- Experience in industrial or factory settings is beneficial
- Knowledge of risk assessments and safe working methods
- Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple technical areas on-site
