👁️ Ophthalmology Consultants – Glaucoma Clinics (Weekends Only)

📍 Location: Naunton

📅 Schedule: Weekend work

⏳ Contract: Ongoing

👥 Patient Caseload: ~30 patients per day

✔️ Requirements: Must be on the Specialist Register & have NHS experience

We are seeking experienced Ophthalmology Consultants to support our busy Glaucoma Outpatient Clinics in Naunton. This ongoing weekend opportunity is ideal for consultants who are committed to delivering high-quality glaucoma care within a well-structured clinical environment.

As an Ophthalmology Consultant in our glaucoma service, you will:

Conduct comprehensive glaucoma assessments
Review approximately 30 patients per clinic day
Provide clinical decision making, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Work collaboratively with nursing, imaging, and diagnostic teams
Ensure high standards of patient safety, documentation, and clinical governance

To be considered, candidates must:

Be on the GMC Specialist Register in Ophthalmology
Have NHS experience
Have strong clinical expertise in glaucoma diagnosis and management
Demonstrate excellent communication and patient focused care
