Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant located in London. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, conducting eye measurements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, managing appointments, and supporting the optometrists in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Optometry and experience in an optical setting
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using retail management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience as an Optical Assistant is a plus
