• A large programme within our client organisation is rolling out Optimizely (DAMS, CMP) and is building workflows for a key Business Area.
• They are trying to get the most out of the Optimizely product and understand the best way to configure the product.
• They are looking for subject matter experts with hands-on experience in this space who could support delivery.
• They expect expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Optimizely platform for specific business needs, as well as providing expert guidance on its features and capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Optimizely products, particularly related to content management, experimentation, and personalization is also required.
• This role would also be responsible for driving product adoption, developing training materials, and potentially contributing to the development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Configuration and Customization:

Implementing code, configuring settings, and customizing Optimizely solutions to meet

specific business requirements.

 Product Expertise:

Developing a thorough understanding of Optimizely platform, including Content

Management System (CMS), Web Experimentation, Personalization, and Data Platform.

 Guidance and Support:

Providing expert guidance to internal teams and clients on how to best utilize

Optimizely features and functionalities.

 Training and Enablement:

Developing and delivering training materials and documentation to empower users to

effectively utilize Optimizely.

 Solution Development:

Contributing to the development of reusable assets, innovative solutions, and best

practices for Optimizely implementations.

 Performance Optimization:

Analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing

solutions to optimize the user experience.

 Product Strategy:

Contributing to the development and execution of the product roadmap for specific

areas within Optimizely platform.

 Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and go-to-market

teams, to ensure successful product delivery.

 Communication:

Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical

audiences.
