Oracle Cloud Change Manger

Must have extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud Change projects
Key Responsibilities:
Change Impact Assessment:
- Conduct detailed change impact analyses to evaluate how Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM functionality will affect business processes, roles, and organizational structures.
- Work collaboratively with business process owners and technical teams to identify, document, and address change impacts.
Training Needs Analysis:
- Assess training requirements for diverse user groups based on impact analysis findings.
- Develop and maintain tailored training plans in alignment with project goals, business roles, and learning objectives.
Change Network Support:
- Build, nurture, and manage a change agent network to drive adoption and facilitate two-way communication.
- Equip change champions with communication tools and resources to support local change initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep users informed on project milestones, changes, and benefits.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on change management strategies to project leaders and executives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience managing change for multiple Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud ERP and/or HCM programs.
- Proven success supporting clients through change impact assessments and the end-to-end change process
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and support change networks/change champion programs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse functional and technical teams.
