Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations (Financials, Procurement)
- Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, and functional configuration.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.
- Drive data migration strategy, test planning, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and deliver OTBI dashboards and reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Support training, change management, and documentation efforts for smooth adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Procurement).
- full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations with demonstrable ROI/KPI delivery.
- Strong knowledge of at least four modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PPM, Procurement & Sourcing.
- Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, functional specs, and UAT.
- Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and APEX Web Services.
- Proficiency in OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Familiarity with legacy Oracle EBS (R11/R12) and transition planning to Fusion Cloud.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
