The position is based in London, following a hybrid working model that combines office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud EPM Consolidation and Close modules
- Overseeing the development and deployment of financial consolidation solutions to meet business reporting and compliance requirements
- Working closely with finance stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure the alignment of technology with business needs
- Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of consolidated financial reporting processes
- Managing system upgrades, releases, and related testing cycles within the Oracle EPM suite
- Supporting data integration and reconciliation efforts across multiple source systems
- Monitoring internal controls within the consolidation process and ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the EPM solution, identifying optimisation opportunities based on end-user feedback
Required experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing and managing Oracle Cloud EPM Consolidation and Close modules in a complex corporate environment
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and statutory reporting requirements
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with finance teams, translating functional requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with metadata management, calculation rules, and reporting within Oracle EPM
- A background in finance, accountancy, or technology, supported by relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., ACA, CIMA, CPA, Oracle EPM certifications)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimisation and data accuracy
