About the Role

On behalf of a prestigious global consultancy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Consolidation Manager to join their elite finance systems team in London. This firm is renowned for its bespoke, high-touch approach to client engagement—delivering tailored Oracle EPM solutions to some of the world’s leading corporations.

You’ll lead complex Oracle FCCS and EPM Cloud implementations, working directly with blue-chip clients to shape and deliver bespoke consolidation strategies. What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle Oracle FCCS and EPM Cloud implementations for high-profile clients
• Translate client business requirements into effective consolidation architecture and configuration
• Manage solution design workshops, technical architecture planning, and data integration strategy
• Mentor a high-calibre team of consultants and developers
• Serve as the key point of contact between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and reporting efficiency via Oracle EPM tools

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in Oracle FCCS / EPM Cloud, ideally with hands-on implementation experience
• Strong background in finance consolidation, financial close processes, and regulatory reporting
• Demonstrable experience in a consulting environment (Big 4, boutique, or global advisory)
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• London-based or willing to relocate (hybrid flexibility available)
• Oracle certifications are a strong advantage
