A global consulting firm specialising in business transformation and enterprise technology is seeking an experienced professional to join its performance management team as an Oracle FCCS Delivery Manager. This role will focus on leading the implementation of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close solutions for financial services clients navigating complex regulatory and reporting landscapes.
This is a great fit for a consulting professional with deep hands-on delivery experience and a strong understanding of consolidation processes in large-scale environments.
Role Overview
As an Oracle FCCS Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of full-cycle solution delivery, from shaping technical designs and guiding configuration to managing offshore resources and supporting client adoption. You will work closely with both finance and IT stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCCS for financial services clients
- Translate consolidation and close requirements into robust and scalable technical designs
- Configure application components, including metadata, data models, rules, and reporting structures
- Oversee the testing strategy, ensuring alignment with business logic and data flows
- Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure client success
- Manage delivery across onshore and offshore teams, providing leadership and quality control
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and client stakeholders throughout the project
What You’ll Bring
- Track record of delivering at least two full-cycle Oracle FCC or FCCS implementations
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes
- Experience designing and delivering data models, chart of accounts, and intercompany eliminations
- Confident in managing timelines, resources, and client expectations across multiple workstreams
- Background in consulting or leading transformation initiatives in a complex financial environment
- Familiarity with other Oracle EPM tools (e.g., Planning, ARCS) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
