Job Description:
• Candidate with good knowledge of Oracle CX Service implementations
• Should lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Good understanding of Oracle Service Cloud product functionality.
• Extensive hands-on experience in working in Agile environment.
• Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills.
