Oracle EPM Consultant
Location: Hybrid- client site visits as requested
Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible for NPPV3 security clearance (UK residency for past 3+ years)
SystemsAccountants is partnering with a fast growth Oracle Consultancy to find a skilled individual who can contribute to the successful delivery of Oracle EPM solutions across both public and private sector clients.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse implementations including Planning (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close, Narrative Reporting, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the design and development of Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects & Custom apps), Narrative Reporting, and Financial Consolidation
- Build integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/HCM, as well as third-party systems
- Contribute and write business rules and manage data flows using FDMEE/Data Management
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to SMEs and end users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Support ongoing enhancements and upgrades, including On-Prem to Cloud migrations
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have prior experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase or Oracle EPM Planning.
- Strong understanding of business rules, FDMEE/Data Management, and integration design
- Oracle certifications (or willingness to certify)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Skills:
- Broad knowledge of the full Oracle EPM suite
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes
- OBIEE or OTBI reporting tools
