Strong experience in an Application Support role
Strong knowledge of the Flexcube technology stack, including its core components and data models.
Database Management
Proficiency in SQL programming for Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Scripting
Experience with Unix/PowerShell scripting.
Application Servers
Familiarity with Java web application support.
Experience with Java Programming Language
Api
Experience with MuleSoft
Experience working with API's, Contracts and Impact Analysis on Flexcube system updates.
Application Maintenance
Perform routine tasks such as monitoring production environments, applying patches, release management
Root Cause Analysis
Analyze system logs, error messages, and other diagnostic data to identify and fix the underlying causes of issues.
Issue Management
Experience in JIRA/Confluence or equivalent issue/change management systems
Problem-Solving
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.
Collaboration
Work closely with development, product, and delivery teams to resolve defects and implement new solutions.
Documentation
